SBIR/STTR Oversight Act
This bill amends the reporting requirements for the SBIR (Small Business Innovation Research) and STTR (Small Business Technology Transfer) programs. The Comptroller General of the United States is required to submit a report on the effectiveness of these programs with respect to diversification of participants and commercialization to the Committees on Small Business and Entrepreneurship of the Senate and the Committee on Small Business of the House of Representatives not later than three years after the date of enactment.
