SECTION 1. PROGRAM OF PAYMENTS TO CHILDREN'S HOSPITALS THAT OPERATE GRADUATE MEDICAL EDUCATION PROGRAMS
The bill aims to amend section 340E of the Public Health Service Act (426 U.S.C. 256e). It would make the following changes:
- Strike '2023' and insert '2030' in subsection (a).
- In paragraph (1)(A)(vi), strike '2023' and insert '2030'.
- In paragraph (2)(F), strike '2023' and insert '2030'.
