Refinancing Relief for Veterans Act

Short Title

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

This Act may be cited as the “Refinancing Relief for Veterans Act”.

Section 1. Short Title

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Refinancing Relief for Veterans Act’’. This section applies to this division and divides it into sections or other divisions that are so designated.

Section 2. Adjustment of Fees for Interest Rate Reduction Refinancing Housing Loans

The loan fee table in section 3729(b)(2) of title 38, United States Code, is amended by striking the row in subsection (E) (relating to interest rate reduction refinancing loans)
