SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Fairness for Victims4
of SNAP Skimming Act of 2025’’.
SECTION 2. REPLACEMENT OF STOLEN EBT BENEFITS
Section 501(b)(2) of division HH of the Consolidated7
Appropriations Act, 2023 (7 U.S.C. 2016a(b)(2)) is8
amended—9

(1) by striking subparagraph (A) and inserting
the following: “(A) shall be equal to the amount of bene-3
benefits stolen from the household; and’’;4 -
(2) in subparagraph (B), by striking ‘‘and’’ at5
the end; and6 - (3) by striking subparagraph (C).7
This bill aims to expand the replacement of stolen EBT benefits under the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program. It makes changes to Section 501(b)(2) of division HH of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2023.
