In a press conference at the Pentagon, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth and Air Force Gen. Dan Caine, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, hailed the success of the U.S. Central Command’s overnight strike on three Iranian nuclear facilities.

"The U.S. strike on Iranian nuclear facilities is a strong message to the world that we will not tolerate threats from Iran," said General Caine. "We will continue to work closely with our partners to address these threats and protect national security interests."

Defense Secretary Hegseth praised the success of the operation, stating: "This strike sends a clear message that we will not stand idly by in the face of Iranian aggression. We will continue to take all necessary steps to defend our nation and our allies."
