A Bill to Authorize Appropriations for Fiscal Year 2026

This bill aims to authorize appropriations for fiscal year 2026 for intelligence and related activities of the United States Government.

Section 101. Authorization of Appropriations

The bill authorizes $49,600,000,000 for fiscal year 2026 to be appropriated for various programs and activities within the Intelligence Community Management Account.

SEC. 101. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS

There are authorized to be appropriated for fiscal year 2026 $49,600,000,000 for intelligence and related activities of the United States Government.

SEC. 1012. PROHIBITION ON ADMITTANCE TO NATIONAL LABORATORIES AND NUCLEAR WEAPONS PRODUCTION FACILITIES

The Secretary of Energy, the Administrator, and the Director of the Office of Intelligence and Counterintelligence are prohibited from admitting to any facility described in subsection (c)(3) other than areas accessible to the general public any individual who is a citizen or agent of a covered foreign nation unless they first complete a background review with respect to that individual.

SEC. 1017. EXTENSION OF CYBERSECURITY INFORMATION SHARING ACT OF 2015

Section 111(a) of the Cybersecurity Information Sharing Act of 2015 (6 U.S.C. 1510(a)) is amended to strike “September 30, 2025” and insert “September 30, 2035.”
