General Provisions
This Act may be cited as the ‘Department of Defense Appropriations Act, 2026’.

(a) Definitions.–In this subtitle:
(1) The term “department” includes the Department of Defense; and
(2) The terms “cost”, “fund”, “program,” and “project” have the meanings given them in section 11(a) of title 41, United States Code.
