SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Make DOGE Permanent Act’’.

SEC. 2. PROVIDING MEMBERS OF CONGRESS WITH EXPANDED ACCESS TO INFORMATION ON FEDERAL AWARDS

(a) E
XPANDED ACCESS TO INFORMATION FOR MEM -7
BERS OF CONGRESS .—Section 2(b) of the Federal Fund-8
ing Accountability and Transparency Act of 2006 (319
U.S.C. 6101 note) is amended by adding at the end the10
following:11

XPANDED ACCESS TO INFORMATION FOR12
MEMBERS OF CONGRESS .—13
‘‘(A) R
EAL -TIME ACCESS TO UPDATED IN -14
FORMATION .—The Director shall establish on15
the website a separate hyperlink which will be16
accessible solely to Members of Congress17
through which Members of Congress may ob-18
tain real-time access to updated versions of the19
information contained on the website.20

‘‘(B) I
NCLUSION OF INFORMATION ON PAY -21
MENTS MADE TO INDIVIDUAL RECIPIENTS AND22
FEDERAL EMPLOYEES .—Notwithstanding sub-23
section (a)(2)(C), for purposes providing infor-24
mation to Members of Congress through the25
separate hyperlink established under subpara-26

graph (A), the term ‘entity’ shall include an in-1
dividual recipient of Federal assistance and a2
Federal employee.3

‘‘(C) D
EFINITION .—In this subsection, the4
term ‘Member of Congress’ means a Senator or5
a Representative in, or Delegate or Resident6
Commissioner to, the Congress.’’.7

(b) C
ONFORMING AMENDMENT RELATING TO TIM-8
ING OF UPDATES .—Section 2(c)(4) of such Act is amend-9
ed by striking the period at the end and inserting the fol-10
lowing: ‘‘, except that the website will be updated in real11
time for the use by Members of Congress of the hyperlink12
established under subsection (b)(5).’’.13

(c) E
FFECTIVE DATE .—The Director of the Office of14
Management and Budget shall establish the hyperlink re-15
quired under section 2(b)(5) of the Federal Funding Ac-16
countability and Transparency Act of 2006 (31 U.S.C.17
6101 note), as added by subsection (a), not later than 618
months after the date of the enactment of this Act.19
