This Act may be cited as the ‘Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Elimination Act’.

Section 1: Short Title

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Low-Income Housing4
Tax Credit Elimination Act’’.

Section 2: Sunset of Low-Income Housing Tax Credit

Section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 is amended by adding at the end the following new sub-8
section:

‘‘(o) SUNSET .—No credit shall be determined under1
subsection (a) with respect to any building placed in serv-2
ice in a taxable year beginning after the date of the enact-3
ment of this subsection.’’.4
